CrossFit Gold Rush in Grass Valley is the only gym around to give you unlimited access to every class on our schedule. Each class is one hour long including a full warm up, workout, and cool down. We use High Intensity Training & Constantly Varied Programming in every class so that you never get bored and never know what to expect. At our CrossFit facility in Grass Valley we give you 1 FREE class to try out. You can choose any class on our schedule including our “Beginner CrossFit” classes.
